If you have left school too early or you simply wish to improve your general education skills including reading, writing, mathematics and communication then this course is for you. These new courses are designed specifically to prepare students for employment and/or further study to VCE and TAFE courses. INTRODUCTION TO PHOTOSHOP
This course is designed to look at basic and advanced operations of Photoshop beginning with an introduction to the Photoshop environment. You will learn how to create simple digital paintings, edit your own photographs to remove red-eye, get rid of dust and scratches and correct image exposure. Further, you will learn how to switch the backgrounds on images and how to remove wrinkles and blemishes from photos, just like they do in the magazines. You'll also learn how to use the power of Photoshop's brush engine and how to use Photoshop's selection tools.

This
nationally accredited course provides participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to function at a basic level of ICT competency in the contemporary information society. Students supplement the qualification with additional office application/experience to go directly into higher information technology training.

MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY COURSE
Course accredited under Certificate II in Business (BSB20107) and Certificate III in Business (BSB30407) specifically designed for people who wish to study medical terminology for work place requirements in aged care, nursing, etc. This course looks at use of basic and advanced medical terminology utilized in communication with medical clients and would be of particular interest to those engaged in medical reception or those considering nursing and medical careers.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING PROGRAM
Do you work for voluntary groups within the community? Would some training assist you to understand or better perform the tasks you have to do?  If so, we offer the opportunity for you to undertake training in an office environment to learn whatever skill you require.
